Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at contact@luxelabelllc.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, opened food items, and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
